We spent a wonderful weekend on Palawan in Narra, attending church and visiting families.  It was a wonderful, amazing experience to meet such faithful brothers and sisters.  The land is just beautiful!

                    What a wonderful blessing it is to meet these faithful Saints!

   

The highlight of the trip was meeting with these wonderful families who are preparing to go to the temple in December.  It is a very difficult thing for many Filipino families to be able to meet the marriage requirements and to scrape together enough money to go.  After church, we held a short meeting where each person was able to share why they want to go to the temple.  There were many tears and sincere feelings shared.  We take so much for granted!
