2015-10-12 Zone Activity at the Mission Home, Family Night

Monday, the Passay Zone came to the mission home for a game day during their preparation day.  They are a wonderful group of elders and sisters.  They seemed to enjoy the break.

It turns out that Elder Dustin is a great baker...so he made some yummy chocolate chip cookies for everyone.

Angel made her famous Cinnabon Cinnamon rolls which disappeared quickly once
       the elders found them!  :)

The end of a great zone activity!

Then, we had a really special treat!  For dinner and family night, we got to see three of our elders who finished their missions over the past year and a half.  It was SO wonderful to see them, and the best part is that THEY STILL SHINE!  THEY STILL HAVE THE FIRE!  It was a Monday night, and they came dressed like missionaries.

The best part of the evening was that it was finally ok for me to hug them!!!!    We can't express how fun it was to catch up with them on their lives.  Each of them is making great progress in their spiritual and temporal goals.  We decided together that we really miss all of our "BIG BATCH" of missionaries who have served since we arrived, so we have planned our first mission reunion for December 18th, here in Manila from 3-9pm.  We hope everyone who is able will come.  There will be information sent out via facebook invitation. Spread the word!
